Mr. Dangi strongly believes that the hydropower & energy sector is the only sector that will develop and speed-up the economic prosperity in Nepal. Mr. Dangi continues to make substantial contributions to both society as well as the Energy sector. Mr. Dangi’s hydropower portfolio contains a total of 42.2 MW capacity project under generation phase, a total of 51.95 MW capacity project under construction phase and a total of 272 MW capacity project under study phase.
Mr. Mohan Kumar Dangi (Senior Vice-President of IPPAN) boasts an impressive and successful career in the Hydropower sector of Nepal with almost two decades of experience in the Energy sector. Mr. Dangi began his active journey in the hydropower sector ever since he initiated as well as became the Managing Director of Terhathum Power Company Ltd. (TPC) which includes Upper Khorunga Khola SHPP (7.5 MW), that underwent timely completion in record time and cost constraints. TPC has a cascade project Khorunga-Tangmaya Khola SHPP (2.00 MW) that is under construction.
